Our Kaizen Workshops follow: The Assembly Line Back-Planning Principle

• Start by getting waste off the assembly line
• Pushing it back into the marketplace or receiving dock exposes the waste. (e.g. repack)
• Next, work on external logistics to push waste out of the plant.
• Ideally, the waste should be eliminated from the value stream.
